I find this guide to be very good
It should be mentioned in the guilde about the advantages of changing your secondary to Paragon for such chants as Mending Refrain, which you can renew every 5 seconds, for a duration of 20 seconds at a time, from using your Ursan shout.
I also find Volfen Blessing to be very good.
True you do not gain as much health, but you still do get some. Combined with a contasnt +4 health regeneration and some very decent skills.
I get a constant +7 health regeneration from Volfen and Mending refrain, which can be a big relief on the monks if a few people are using it.
Volfen also gives you the ability to increase both your movement and attack speed, and to decrease the recharge rate of your attack skills in combination of inflicting a Deep Wound on your target.
Volfen Form does also include an AOE, though it does not knockdown.

If you clear UW in 5+ hours without UB, you need to learn to play. Fast. It is pretty easily done in under hours, without Ursan Blessing.

Nice guide, although C+1 doesnt even need a guide....-_-"
ursanway is only good for DoA if you arent W/E/N/Mo because of PuG simplicity.
Even then, the skill is boring to use, reqs no skill and even shadow prison assassin vs a squishy with 55hp,no prot skills,no stances or anything reqs more skill.....

people are remarking that you dont need a guide to spam a single skill.

Because it's not as mind numbingly boring as UB. http://img122.imageshack.us/img122/5...our8minph3.jpg

Okay, idiot comments aside. Good guide, pretty much covers everything you need to know...
I still don't know why you would need a guide for UB, but whatever floats your boat I guess.

I prefer 2 n/rts and one prot monk. With this set-up, you can aggro the entire Dredge mob in Urgoz without taking any real pressure.

I'd just like to throw in a skill combo for ranger or ranger secondary:
Ursan, Serpents Quickness, and Dwarven Stability. Since I tend to run this build with max WS, I just fill it up with traps and a hard res. Likely you can get greater damage with marksmanship, but I prefer the utility of pulling harder groups/foes onto 12 traps...

If you go to a high end zone and see people asking "what weapon do I need for ursan" or "what do I do in ursan mode" then you'll understand. There are new players (or just really bad ones) who think ursan mode is complicated and hard to run, and this is a good guide for them.

Good guide.
But I think you can still use a shield to get more passive armour. So put 9 points in tactics/strenght/command/motivation and take that little extra defense.
Switch to the +15 focus only when you need it to keep the form up.

This is exactly the problem. These people should not be doing this area if they do not know how to use a self explanatory skill.

Thanks Odly and others for usefull comments. At least the world is not full of bigheaded idiots. So it proves fruitfull for some people, I will extend the guide with team build suggestions.
@The Phantom; grtz on clearing DoA, was that you in the screenshot ono? Anyway if I ask why normal way is less boring and you answer with: it is less mindnumbing boring, that is circular reasoning. It is still equally boring to me, boring being a subjective argument which generally doesnt have to apply to other people.
Also, getting a group like that together will require a guild team or you are lucky they invited you. Ursanway can be Pugged easier.

For the monks doing ursanway, are you just supposed to take alot of res. skills and Ursan Blessing? Also for being one of the support is it just a basic HB monk?
Thanks

Nice Guide, i never thought about using a focus whilst in Ursan to maximise energy.
So there's something learnt.
Players new to ursan will find this helpful and maybe those experienced with it may learn something new, so GG.

Thank you for this guide. We cleared UW in 3 hours and 6 mins. It took us longer because we lost an Ursan. Thanks mate.
